Last week, we wrapped up our ISO 9001 recertification audit — basically our three-year quality check-up to keep our certification going strong. The auditors took a deep dive into how we handle quality day-to-day, from our production lines to customer satisfaction, and made sure we're still walking the walk.
Huge thanks to everyone who pulled together docs, answered questions, and kept the floor running smooth. This kind of audit takes a village, and you all crushed it!
