We focused on our core product lines — electric toothbrushes, hair clippers, and electric shavers — walking through the full process from spotting issues, digging into root causes, rolling out fixes, to making sure they actually stick.
Finding problems is step one. Fixing them and keeping them from coming back? That's where the real work happens.
