Sharp Tools & Fragile Items Safety Training: Leveling Up Our Game

This week, we ran a company-wide training on sharp tools and fragile items management — covering everything from utility knives and tweezers to glass windows and LED lights. We walked through the full playbook: how to track, store, handle, and what to do when something breaks.

The big rules:

Sharp tools: Company-bought only, numbered and engraved, checked in and out daily, locked storage, trade old for new, and report it ASAP if one goes missing.

Fragile items: Every piece of glass gets a code, no personal glassware in production, broken lights get fixed immediately, no mercury thermometers, and never restart production after a break without quality clearance.

From our electric shavers to hair clippers and trimmers — keeping foreign objects out of our products starts with getting these basics right. Every. Single. Day.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up and engaged. Safety isn't a checkbox — it's how we build trust with our partners worldwide.
